To maintain access to a trading platform, the equity balance of your account must be at least $250. 

To regain access to a platform, the equity balance in your account must be at least $2,500.

Platform fees are charged the 1st of every month and prorated starting the 15th of every month.

Cancelling a platform or updating a platform, to avoid being charged, must be made by the last day of the month.

Recommended Specifications for better performance:

RAM: 8GB or higher (If using multiple monitors, consider increasing RAM for better performance)

If you require high frequency data streaming, or work with large data loads (multiple data feeds, charts, other third party applications utilizing streaming data) review your data plan and consult with your ISP; an unlimited or a high cap data plan is recommended.

Upload speed 20 mbps or better; Latency (Ping) - 30 ms or lower

Download Speed - 65 Mbps or higher (recommended for active trading)

Note: ZeroPro is not compatible with Mac OS; * alternatively see ZeroWeb, ZeroFree requirements if using Mac OS

Our ZeroWeb and ZeroFree trading platforms can be used on any browser. 

Our ZeroPro platform may be used with Windows emulation, such as Parallels Desktop. 

However, TradeZero does not provide technical support for issues with the emulation software.


“F” Shares are not permitted to be traded on the TradeZero platform. 

Any client with existing “F” shares may liquidate only.
