Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the TradeZero America Inc. (“TradeZero”), Welcome Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before enrolling.

Eligibility

This Promotion is available to new TradeZero account holders (“Eligible New Account Holders”) who satisfy both of the following requirements:

1. Open a new TradeZero account using one of the Promotion codes: WELCOME2500, WELCOME5000, or OPTIONS25000; and
2. Fund their account with a single initial deposit in immediately available funds that meets or exceeds the required minimum deposit for the applicable offer (“Eligible Deposit”).

Multiple deposits cannot be combined to meet the Eligible Deposit requirement. ACAT transfers or other security transfers do not qualify as an Eligible Deposit.

This Promotion is open only to persons in jurisdictions where TradeZero is authorized to conduct business.

Promotion Period

The Promotion is available to Eligible New Account Holders while it remains active. TradeZero may modify or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice to you.

Promotion Awards

1. Platform Access Discount

Following an Eligible Deposit, Eligible New Account Holders will receive ninety (90) days of free access to the ZeroPro trading platform (i.e., without charge for monthly software fees) (the “Platform Discount”). The Platform Discount will appear as a charge and a refund on an Eligible New Account Holder’s monthly statement for the first ninety (90) days of the life of the account.

The maximum monthly Platform Discount is $59 USD.

Market data add-ons such as OTC Markets Level 1 or Level 2 are not included in the Platform Discount.

2. Deposit Bonus

Eligible New Account Holders will receive a 1% deposit bonus on their Eligible Deposit (the “Deposit Bonus”).

The maximum Deposit Bonus is $5,000 USD.

To receive the Deposit Bonus, the initial deposit must remain in the account for ninety (90) consecutive days. The Deposit Bonus will be credited on the next business day following that ninety (90) day period.

3. Locate Fee Discounts

For a period of ninety (90) days following an initial Eligible Deposit, TradeZero will provide Eligible New Account Holders with a discount on all TradeZero locate fees for non-easy to borrow stocks (the “Locate Discount”).

The Locate Discount does not apply to (1) overnight borrow charges including overnight borrow charges on pre-borrowed stocks, Continuous Net Settlement fees, margin interest charges, or expenses incurred for holding a short position overnight for one or more nights, or (2) any applicable regulatory fees, including but not limited to FINRA Trading Activity Fees or SEC fees.

The Locate Discount cannot be combined with any other available discount on locate or pre-borrow charges, including Platinum discounts.

Locate Discount percentages by deposit tier:

• WELCOME2500 (minimum $2,500 USD Eligible Deposit): 5% Locate Discount for ninety (90) days.
• WELCOME5000 (minimum $5,000 USD Eligible Deposit): 7.5% Locate Discount for ninety (90) days.
• OPTIONS25000 (minimum $25,000 USD Eligible Deposit): 10% Locate Discount for ninety (90) days.

The Locate Discount cannot be combined with any other discount on locate or pre borrow charges, including any Platinum discounts.

4. Options Contract Fee Discounts

Eligible New Account Holders who enroll using the applicable Promotion codes and meet the deposit thresholds will receive a discount on TradeZero option contract fees for ninety (90) days (the “Options Discount”):

• WELCOME5000: 25% discount on option contract fees for ninety (90) days.
• OPTIONS25000: 50% discount on option contract fees for ninety (90) days.

The Options Discount is applied automatically at the time of trade. No rebate or refund process is required. Additional fees may apply. The Options Discount will not apply to Single Listed index options and Cash Settled Index options. Please refer to the TradeZero Fee Schedule for complete pricing information.

Promotion Restrictions

This Promotion is only available to Eligible New Account Holders. This Promotion is not available in any jurisdiction where TradeZero is not authorized to do business, where its products and services would be contrary to the laws, rules, and regulations governing the securities industries, or where otherwise prohibited by the local laws, rules, and regulations of any applicable jurisdiction.

This Promotion is not available to:

• Any person who currently has, or has had within the past six (6) months, a TradeZero account.
• Employees or agents of any U.S. or foreign financial institution, including but not limited to banks, broker dealers, or investment advisers.
• Employees of any U.S. or foreign securities exchange, including but not limited to NYSE, NYSE Arca, NYSE American, and Nasdaq.
• Employees, owners, agents, or consultants of TradeZero or any of its parent companies, affiliates, or subsidiaries.
• Employees, owners, agents, or consultants of TradeZero or any of their parent companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries.

The Promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law, rule, or regulation.

Revocation and Cancellation

TradeZero may revoke or cancel any Promotion Award if an Eligible New Account Holder fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including the Promotion Restrictions.

TradeZero may rescind any Platform Discount, Deposit Bonus, Locate Discount, or Options Discount if the Eligible New Account Holder withdraws funds within ninety (90) days of the Eligible Deposit and such withdrawal reduces the account balance below the amount of the Eligible Deposit.

Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any and all tax payment and reporting obligations that may arise as a result of participating in the Promotion, including for any Promotion Award. TradeZero, its parent companies, their affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, the “TradeZero Entities”) shall not be liable or responsible for any tax payments on behalf of the Promotion’s participants. However, TradeZero reserves the right to withhold or report on any Promotion Award to the extent required by law.

Privacy Policy

Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be captured, used, and processed in accordance with TradeZero’s privacy policy and customer agreement, as each may be amended from time to time.

Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Promotion are governed by the customer agreement applicable to the Eligible New Account Holder’s TradeZero account.

The maximum amount in controversy in any dispute related to the Promotion is limited to the cash value of the combined Platform Discount, Deposit Bonus, Locate Discount, and Options Discount applicable to the relevant Promotion tier.
