IPO shares are not marginable for at least 30 days following pricing.

What this means:

• IPO positions must be fully paid for with cash if held overnight
• They cannot be used as margin collateral during this period
  

Important:

• Day trading margin requirements may vary on the first day of trading
• Positions that do not meet IPO margin requirements may be reduced after market close
