Can TradeZero America close out my futures positions?

Yes. Your positions may be liquidated without prior notice if your account does not meet margin requirements.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Failing to meet initial margin at 16:45 ET to carry a position overnight
• Falling below intraday margin during the session
• Margin requirements being raised during periods of elevated volatility, including while your position is open

Liquidation is a risk control, not a loss limit – it does not guarantee your position closes at a favourable price.

You are responsible for monitoring your account and maintaining sufficient margin at all times.
