Are there any restrictions or rules for trading?

• Stocks listed in Canada and/or interlisted on Canadian and the US markets cannot be traded.
• Stocks valued below $1 USD cannot be shorted.
• Cash accounts and accounts with less than $500 USD cannot short sell.
• Stocks valued below $2 USD trade on a cash basis only.
• Stocks with a value of less than $0.05 USD cannot be traded.
• Accounts may be fully sold out if they reach 20% equity or there is $99 USD or less in total equity remaining. Therefore, its extremely important to keep your account properly funded to avoid being sold out.
