Yes, your account can be placed on hold or switched to our ZeroFree platform so you do not incur any software fees when taking time away from trading. 

Please make sure you switch or cancel your software before 4 PM ET on the last business day of the month. 

All accounts with less than $99 equity will automatically have ID frozen on last day of the month.

Yes, we have risk tools and can enable a daily loss limit to your trading account. 

Please note that daily loss limits are only active from 9:30 AM ET to 4 PM ET. 

Sellouts will not occur during the pre-market session of 4 AM ET to 9:29 AM ET and 4:01 PM ET to 8 PM ET in the after-hours session. 

This daily loss limit does not 100% guarantee against any loss. Clients should still be monitoring their trading accounts actively. 

Orders such as Stop Loss order should also be used when trading.

TradeZero International does not accept ACAT transfers.

Accounts must have a minimum balance of $200.

Equals Money, a trusted global payments provider offering fast, secure,
and cost-effective international transfers, is now integrated into the
TradeZero client portal.


Do I need to open an Equals Money account to use this?

No. You do not need your own Equals Money account. Simply use the
banking details provided in your TradeZero client portal to send funds
from your personal bank.


How do I use Equals Money to fund my TradeZero account?

You can initiate and manage deposits directly within your TradeZero
portal. Simply select Equals Money as your funding method and follow the steps provided.

Are there any fees for depositing funds via Equals Money?

Traditionally, TradeZero International charges a $15 deposit fee for
bank transfers. Using Equals Money eliminates this fee, reducing your
overall funding costs.

You can send a variety of currencies to the Equals Money account. All
deposits will be converted into USD before being credited to your
TradeZero International account.


Will the funds show in USD in my TradeZero account?

Yes. Regardless of the currency you send, all funds are converted into
USD before arriving into your TradeZero International account.

Funding of accounts is made by (direct) bank-to-bank wire transfers and ACH transfers using Wise, Revolut and Equals Money.

Please note third-party funding is not accepted.

The name appearing on the bank account from where the funds are transferred must be the same as what is on file with us.

You must choose ZeroPro as your first software selection (any other selection may be subject to a software fee).

The month that you subscribe is considered your free month, and will not carry over to the following month if you subscribe before the 25th.

All subscriptions after the 25th of the month will get the rest of the current month for free as well as the following month.

All switches to another platform will void your free month - this includes switches to real-time data demos.

Deposits are typically received and credited to accounts within 2-5 business days (not including U.S. holidays or weekends).

Accounts can be funded with as little as $500 for cash or margin (additional leverage) accounts. 

TradeZero International provides clients up to 6 to 1 intraday leverage on their equity. 6 to 1 day trading leverage allows traders to maximize day trading opportunities in the market. Overnight positions are granted 2 to 1 leverage. 

Clients are notified via email once the application and supporting documents have been verified and the account has been approved.

TradeZero International statements are issued on the 5th of each month.

Applicants must provide a document in English that validates identification and address. The applicant must also provide a tax identification number.
- A proof of address must be issued within the last six (6) months that includes the applicant's name. Documents that can be provided are utility bills OR bank statements OR national ID card or driver's license.
- A photo identification document must be government issued and include a valid expiration date. Documents that can be provided are passports OR driver's license OR national ID card OR permanent residence card.
- The tax identification number submitted must be issued by the applicant's residing country.

TradeZero International provides monthly statements that can be provided to tax reporting agencies or accountants for tax reporting.

The client portal updates account balances at 10 PM ET on the trading day. 

Profits, losses, commissions, and other fees are added/deducted from the account balance once the trades settle.

The software platform only updates profit, losses and locate fees in real-time.
