Who can open a TradeZero Europe trading account?

TradeZero Europe’s services, including the provision of investment accounts, are available only in jurisdictions where we are legally authorized to operate. Currently, our services are offered exclusively to residents of Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Norway. We do not offer or provide services to individuals or entities outside these countries.

U.S. citizens and U.S. residents are invited to open an account with TradeZero America, where available and subject to TradeZero America’s own account opening requirements and approval process.

If you are a legal resident of a country other than those listed above, you may not be eligible to open an account with TradeZero Europe. TradeZero operates additional broker-dealer entities in other jurisdictions, which are authorized and regulated separately under their respective regulatory frameworks.

For individual accounts, you must be at least 18 years old on the day your account is opened and have the legal capacity to enter into the Customer Agreement. This means that a child or minor cannot open a TradeZero Europe account.
