Why may TZEU invest unused client money in a QMMF?

TZEU does this to meet Dutch Regulations. Under Dutch regulations, TZEU may hold client money in a QMMF to safeguard its value and maintain liquidity. These funds aim to preserve your capital while offering quick access to your money when needed.
The QMMFs selected by TZEU are designed to:
1. Preserve capital: Their main investment objective is to maintain the net asset value (NAV) of your investment, keeping the value of your initial capital plus any gains.
2. Invest in high-quality instruments: They hold only short-term, high-quality money market instruments with maturities of up to 397 days and keep a very short average maturity to reduce risk.
3. Provide liquidity: They allow same-day or next-day settlement so your funds can be accessed quickly when needed.

TZEU may use funds managed by BlackRock, one of the largest global asset managers. For more information, please see the Key Information Document (KID) for each fund.
