Can I freeze or put my account on hold so I do not pay software fees?

Accounts cannot be placed ‘on hold.’ However, TradeZero Europe offers free trading platforms, and you may switch from a paid platform to a free option at any time to avoid platform fees.

To ensure you are not charged for the following month, please submit your switch request by 16:00 ET on the last business day of the current month.
