A Qualifying Money Market Fund (QMMF) is a regulated money market fund that meets applicable legal criteria for holding or investing client money. It is intended to preserve capital and maintain liquidity.

To meet Dutch regulatory requirements, TradeZero Europe B.V. may invest your unused funds in USD-denominated qualifying money market funds (“QMMFs”). TradeZero Europe customers must provide explicit consent for this, which is documented during online registration, in the Customer Agreement, and in the information provided to you by email.
