SpaceX is scheduled to begin trading on Friday after completing what is being described as the largest IPO in history.
The rocket and satellite company priced its offering at $135 per share ahead of its Nasdaq debut under the ticker SPCX.
SpaceX offered 555.6 million shares, raising a record $75 billion through the transaction.
Underwriters also hold a greenshoe option to sell approximately 83 million additional shares if investor demand exceeds the initial allocation, potentially adding another $11.2 billion to the offering.
