Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), a leading consumer healthcare company focused on helping people achieve their best health, announced improved Star Ratings for 2027, with 95% of its Medicare Advantage members enrolled in plans rated 4 stars or higher by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). SpaceX is set to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum license portfolio comprising up to 14 megahertz of paired spectrum in the 800 MHz band, the company announced Thursday.
The Elon Musk-led space company will pay approximately $8 billion in cash to the seller, private equity firm Grain Management, according to a Wall Street Journal report citing people familiar with the matter.
Telecom shares declined in after-hours trading, with T-Mobile (NASDAQ: TMUS), Verizon (NYSE: VZ), and AT&T (NYSE: T) all falling roughly 6%.
